For the third time in four years, LINK Staffing has been named as a recipient of the Best of Staffing Award. The Best of Staffing Award is an annual survey powered by Inavero (and sponsored by Career Builder) to nominate the best staffing agencies in the U.S. and Canada.
In order to find the best staffing agencies, Best of Staffing’s research uses a Net Promoter surveying software to identify companies that have achieved high satisfaction levels. The Net Promoter score is a reliable way to measure quality of service because it uses existing customers and clients to rank how likely they are to recommend LINK to a friend or colleague.
There are 2 categories on the award: Best of Staffing Client Satisfaction, and Best of Staffing Talent Satisfaction. LINK Staffing received a 4.6 out of 5 star rating from both Job Seekers and Clients, indicating our exceptional service to both our customers and candidates. Fewer than 2% of all staffing agencies in the U.S. and Canada earned the 2017 Best of Staffing Award for service excellence.
