The LINK 360°℠ Safe Environment Program
A comprehensive, trademarked safety program that evaluates your worksite, trains your workforce, and provides 24/7 safety support — included as a standard service for every LINK client at no additional cost.
Workplace safety is a staffing decision.
Every employer understands that workplace safety matters. But when you bring in temporary or contract workers, the safety equation changes. New employees are unfamiliar with your facility, your equipment, your hazard zones, and your safety culture. Without structured preparation, those first days on-site carry the highest risk — and the cost compounds fast.
LINK built the 360° Safe Environment Program℠ because safety cannot be separated from staffing. The program evaluates the work environment before any candidate arrives, prepares every candidate with site-specific safety training, and provides ongoing support to keep both the employer and the workforce protected throughout the assignment.
No other Houston-area staffing firm publishes a dedicated, documented safety program with named components and quantified outcomes. LINK is the only staffing partner that makes its safety process this visible and this structured — from the initial site tour to 24/7 loss control support.
Covering safety from every direction.
The LINK 360° Safe Environment Program℠ is a comprehensive, multi-component safety system that protects your facility, your workforce, and your business. Every component is included as a standard service for LINK clients.
01 Pre-Assignment Site Safety Tour A LINK Safety Ambassador conducts a hands-on worksite inspection — physical environment, hazards, and protocols — before any candidate arrives. No Additional Cost
Before any LINK candidate arrives at your facility, an experienced LINK Safety Ambassador conducts a comprehensive worksite safety inspection. This pre-assignment tour evaluates your facility’s physical environment, identifies potential hazards, reviews existing safety protocols, and assesses the conditions that temporary workers will encounter on assignment.
The site safety tour is not a checklist exercise. It is a hands-on evaluation conducted by a trained safety professional who understands the specific risks associated with manufacturing floors, warehouse operations, logistics environments, and skilled trades settings. The goal is to identify and address safety concerns before a single worker steps on-site.
This service is provided at no additional cost to every LINK client.
02 Client Site Correction & Safety Enhancement Actionable hazard recommendations, safety manual review, multilingual translation support, and tracked corrections. No Additional Cost
Following the pre-assignment site safety tour, LINK’s safety team provides actionable recommendations for hazard correction and safety enhancement. This includes reviewing and helping revise your facility’s safety manuals — including translations into multiple languages where your workforce requires it — to ensure documentation is current, clear, and accessible.
LINK also supports candidate orientation and onboarding processes with site-specific safety preparation designed to minimize work-related accidents from day one. The corrections and enhancements identified during the tour are documented and tracked so employers have a clear record of what was addressed and what remains open.
03 Robust Candidate Safety Testing & Training Every industrial candidate completes thorough safety training and client-specific orientation before their first shift — and continues training throughout the assignment. No Additional Cost
Every LINK candidate placed in an industrial role completes thorough safety training and client-specific orientation before their first day on the job. This is not a one-time video — it is an ongoing training commitment that ensures candidates remain current on safety expectations, procedures, and skills throughout their assignment.
Candidate safety preparation is integrated with LINK’s 9-Step Employee Selection System℠, which evaluates every candidate for behavioral compatibility, physical capability, and job-specific skills before placement. Safety training adds the site-specific layer that prepares each candidate for the particular hazards, protocols, and conditions of your facility.
Learn About the 9-Step Employee Selection System℠04 OSHA-Trained Recruiters The people sourcing your candidates are trained in the same OSHA frameworks that govern your worksite — safety starts at recruitment. No Additional Cost
Safety starts at recruitment. LINK’s recruiting staff includes OSHA-trained professionals who understand industrial safety requirements, can evaluate candidate safety awareness during the screening process, and know the right questions to ask to confirm a candidate is prepared for the physical and procedural demands of your facility.
This means the people sourcing and evaluating your candidates are not learning safety terminology from a manual — they have been trained in the same OSHA frameworks that govern your worksite. LINK’s recruiters speak your language and evaluate candidates against the same safety standards you hold your own employees to.
05 Client Safety Training Webinars, on-site presentations, multi-site workshops, lunch-and-learns, and self-paced modules — built on LINK’s field data. No Additional Cost
LINK delivers safety training directly to your team — not just to LINK-placed candidates, but to your entire workforce. Training is delivered through multiple formats including webinars, on-site presentations, multi-site workshops, lunch-and-learn sessions, and self-paced modules.
LINK’s safety training programs are built on real-world data. Over the past five years, LINK has conducted more than 1,200 site safety tours and risk assessments, identifying more than 8,000 workplace hazards across client facilities. That volume of field experience informs every training program LINK delivers — the content is based on what LINK’s Safety Ambassadors actually see on the ground, not theoretical scenarios.

08 24/7 Safety Ambassadors & Loss Control Direct phone access to trained safety professionals — not a call center — for injury claims, incident response, and loss minimization. No Additional Cost
Safety incidents do not follow business hours. LINK provides every client with 24/7 phone access to Safety Ambassadors and Loss Control Specialists who can provide immediate guidance on managing injury claims, responding to worksite incidents, and minimizing potential losses.
This is not a call center. LINK’s Safety Ambassadors are trained safety professionals who understand industrial environments, workers’ compensation protocols, and the urgency of real-time safety response. When an incident occurs, your LINK safety contact is available to help you manage it — day or night.
