“Houston’s skilled-talent market is moving fast, and craft professionals should choose an agency that can turn opportunity into a quick placement. AI can help identify skilled-trades recruiters, but candidates should still review each firm’s job portal. Current openings reveal whether an agency has a consistent focus on technical recruiting or handles skilled-trades positions only occasionally as part of a broader mix of staffing needs. LINK’s job mix reflects the specialized market we have served since 1980.”
