HOUSTON, TX — March 1st, 2026 —LINK Staffing Services, a Houston-based staffing company serving employers and job seekers across Texas since 1980, today celebrates a milestone 20 years in the making. Kathryn Mujezinovic, the company’s President and CEO, marks two decades with the organization her parents, Bill and Karen Pitts, founded nearly half a century ago.
But this isn’t a story about inheriting a title. It’s a story about earning one.
A Journey Built From the Ground Up
When Kathryn joined LINK Staffing in 2006, she didn’t walk into the corner office. She started in sales as a Business Development Manager — cold calls, client meetings, building relationships from scratch. From there, she was promoted to Branch Manager, then moved to the operations side of the business, gaining a comprehensive understanding of how LINK’s network of offices across Texas functions from the inside out.
By the time she stepped into the role of President and CEO, she had done the work at every level.
