Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, providing professional and friendly assistance in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, manage calendars, and maintain accurate patient records using our electronic medical records (EMR) system.
• Conduct initial intake interviews, collect patient information, and verify insurance coverage.
• Assist audiologists and other staff with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and preparing reports.
• Support the efficient flow of patient traffic in the clinic, ensuring minimal wait times and a positive patient experience.
