COMPENSATON PACKAGE:

  • Base Salary + Uncapped bonus
  • Residual income

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Leadership and Team Development

  • Provide day-to-day leadership and guidance for branch teams.
  • Oversee and support the screening process and ensure job orders are filled with candidates that are best qualified for the positions.
  • Ensure that each office achieves profitability on both a monthly and annual basis. This includes maintaining timely client invoice payments and prioritizing business development activities that focus on securing profitable accounts.
  • Hire and develop recruiting and sales talent for both branches.
  • Monitor and manage key performance metrics, including:
    • Order fulfillment rates
    • Recruiting activity levels
    • Employee turnover
    • Payroll accuracy
  • Build high-performing teams, focusing on talent upgrades and employee engagement.

Client and Market Growth

  • Develop and strengthen relationships with current clients.
  • Anticipate needs and identify growth opportunities within current clients and prospects based on knowledge of the market geography, economic environment, top companies, and competitors in the temporary staffing space.
  • Promote and execute cross-selling opportunities between branches.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to effectively manage the growth and profitability of each branch.

Operational Excellence

  • Implement and optimize LINK Staffing’s internal database and technology tools to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Execute safety programs and Risk Management initiatives, ensuring programs are implemented and effectively used within their branch.
  • Enhance recruiting efforts to attract qualified candidates to match jobs and reduce turnover.
  • Ensure LINK’s quality standards for talent are met across all assignments.

Networking and Brand Awareness

  • Actively network to increase industry presence and strengthen the LINK Staffing brand.
  • Serve as a visible leader in the community, attending networking events and fostering new business opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience: 5 years’ leadership experience for a service based B2B company overseeing a team of at least 3 people in a customer service roles.  2 to 4 years’ business development experience, profit, and loss responsibility

SKILLS:

  • Exemplify integrity, empathy, and honesty
  • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative, a motivated self-starter
  • Proven ability to hire, lead and develop a team while creating a positive, collaborative, and fun workplace culture
  • Prior success in developing and maintaining customer relationships. Sales experience is a plus!
  • Strong process-orientation, organization, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to develop client partnerships, solve complex client problems, assess hiring needs, and deliver appropriate recruiting solutions
  • Excellent verbal, written, communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with a variety of candidates
  • Strong working knowledge of relevant employment laws is a plus
  • Computer and technology savvy; proficient in Microsoft Office ( Excel, Outlook, etc. ) with an ability to quickly learn new systems
  • Responsible for owning or leasing a vehicle and maintaining the vehicle in good working condition
  • Must be able to get in and out of an automobile and sit for extended periods

DESIRED:

  • Skills: Business development, strong analytical skills, bilingual in Spanish and English.
